We are thrilled to announce the upcoming July 2018 project kickoff for the new 460m tall FORZA Tower in Bogota, Colombia! FORZA International Group, SAS has selected ODELL as their Primary Architect Consultant to lead the design for the mixed use tower to be located in the CBD at Calle 19 and Carrera 7ª. US project team members include Thornton Tomasetti, Environmental Systems Design, Inc., Mahan Rykiel Associates, T. Kondos Associates, and Paladino and Company. Additional companies participating in the design and construction of the tower include local to Colombia firms, as well as international companies from China, and Singapore with global expertise on supertall design and construction. The approximately 116 story tower will include class ‘A’ office space, a 5-star luxury hotel, managed apartments, and world-class commercial retail space, with public amenity plaza.
