Willowbrooke Court Skilled Care Center at Plantation Estates

Willowbrooke Court is a 95,000 SF, three story skilled care center. There are 30 residential rooms per floor. Each floor has two wings, each wing has a dining room and living room. In the dining room they have a warming kitchen, and a kitchen bar that is built to accommodate 3-4 residents to dine at the bar while watching the staff cook. There is also a full drink station in each warming kitchen that can be accessed by the residents. The memory care wing is located on the first floor and has a secured walking path and garden. Also located only in the memory care wing are memory boxes that are built in cabinets next to every resident’s door to display keepsakes and to also help the resident recognize their room. Each floor has different finishes to again help each resident understand where they are in the building. All the fireplaces have different designs, the flooring and wood tones are different per each floor, and each resident room has a different accent color alternating between three colors.
