Walt Disney World – Regal Eagle Smokehouse at Epcot

The renovated and re-imagined Regal Eagle Smokehouse, which replaced Liberty Inn Publick House, at Walt Disney World’s Epcot World Showcase included renovations to interior and exterior dining spaces, restrooms, and food service areas. A new exterior bar was added as well as a standalone production smokehouse and show smoker.
The ODELL team worked closely with Walt Disney World internal teams to successfully execute the design concept, which celebrates the regions of American backyard barbecue and craft beers. We provided custom architectural services, millwork design, kitchen equipment coordination, finish selections, and custom indoor and outdoor furniture design and specifications.
