Major spaces included within the facility are an arena with 9,500 fixed and telescopic seats, convertible to a series of intramural practice courts. The arena is complemented by administrative and athletic offices, varsity locker facilities, exercise areas, a game room, and a hospitality suite. A concourse designed to meet not only the needs of spectator events, but as an area of student interaction and focus of student life on a daily basis is an essential element within the design.
