Odell was engaged by the Flywheel Group to envision the refurbishment of an existing industrial district recently connected by Charlotte’s light rail expansion. Station House represents the catalyst for the redevelopment’s master plan. The hybrid design/build team work with the client to execute their vision for a delicate blend of existing industrial character with modern design.
