Odell was responsible for the programming, building design, engineering, stack diagrams, adjacency, studies and space planning for each division for the new State Corporation Commission Headquarters. Unique building requirements included full service cafeteria and courtrooms for the commission and large conference facilities. The facility, which includes an all granite facade, one level of public courtrooms, and a two-story lobby with exterior views, takes up an entire city block.
