This combined facility consists of 80 inpatient beds, 40 of which are devoted to orthopedic care and 40 to burns. The operating philosophy is to respond to shorter lengths of stay, major emphasis on outpatient care and family focused care. The site includes a nine level, 300,000 square foot hospital with an attached 700 car parking structure with the top level serving as the outdoor play area for the children.
