Sentara Orthopedic Center

The Sentara Orthopedic Center is a 76,000 SF medical office building. The MOB includes sports performance, occupational and work hard therapy, advanced imaging center and outpatient orthopedic ambulatory surgery center. The surgery center was designed for future expansion allowing for two additional ORs (totaling 6) and an additional sterilizer in CSS and the repurpose of the administrative offices to Pre/Post rooms for this future growth. Odell provided full services for this project including the core and shell design, tenant fit-up, furniture, artwork and signage.
