Master planning, feasibility study, design and engineering for construction of a new suburban arena to tie into the existing exposition hall and 6,000 seat Veterans Memorial Arena. The facility is a multi-purpose arena with seating capacities of 9,240 for hockey, 10,040 for end stage concerts, and 10,902 for basketball. It has additional telescopic risers to provide a larger floor area and flexibility to be used in conjunction with the exposition hall to attract larger trade and consumer shows. The arena has premium seating and 20 private suites with access from a private concourse.
