ODELL’s Heal team serves as the Principal Consultant Architect for the 34,681sm renovation and expansion of AUNA’s Medic Ser Clinica Delgado Hospital. The Lima 200+ bed state of the art facilities is considered one of the best hospitals in Peru and Latin America providing Hospital and Ambulatory services to its patients with first-class medical expertise and superb infrastructure. Clinica Delgado’s centers of excellence include: An Emergency Unit: unique in the country, with first-world infrastructure and technology; An Intensive Care Unit (ICU): made up of a staff of specialized doctors, who offer comprehensive medical assistance; A modern Maternity Center; Surgery; Cardiovascular Unit Center: which has all cardiology subspecialties and rooms equipped for highly complex surgeries. ODELL’s scope of services included Master Plan; Programming and Medical Planning; Architecture; and Interior Architecture in collaboration with Weiland Consulting, llc and local to Peru consultant architectural and engineering team led by JG Engineering. The Project is currently in Municipal Review for construction permit.
