Odell provided master planning, feasibility, and full design services for renovation of an existing arena, and construction of a new convention center. This facility was planned so that the arena floor and exhibition hall may be used for single events or marketed individually. The convention center includes a 10,000 square foot ballroom, 30,000 square foot exhibit hall and 9,800 square feet of breakout meeting space.
