Odell provided master planning, conceptual design and feasibility study for expansion of the existing Downtown conference center and construction of a new10,000 to 12,000 seat suburban Arena to tie into an existing exposition hall. This study was prepared for the Green Bay Area Facility Development Corporation as an update to the original study.
