Located at the heart of innovation in Newport News, Gather occupies 23,350 square feet of space on two floors in Building One of the city’s Tech Center Research park. The 5th location for the Richmond-based co-working company and the 2^nd Hampton Roads location accommodates more than 400 members. The space features 133 glass-walled private offices, ranging in size from single person to large suites, open area workspaces, and a range of conference rooms and meeting spaces. The centerpiece of the space is the large communal kitchen and event space. Members also have access to a designated room for nursing moms, private booths for phone calls and a podcast booth. Gather floor plans are strategically designed with “collision points” to encourage interactions between members.
