The developer FORZA International Group SAS has selected ODELL to design the new 460-meter FORZA Tower in Bogota, Colombia. The mixed-use tower, which is proposed to rise approximately 116 stories, will be located in the city’s CBD and it will include class A office space, a five-star hotel, managed apartments, and commercial retail space, with a public amenity plaza. When completed at the proposed height, the tower would become the tallest in South America and is projected to link sustainability among the project’s ambitions for operational performance.
