Who We Are…
Meaningful Work: Want to work on the next Award Winning Hospital or Ballpark? Do you want to help create the next fresh development in your home city? Have an interest in International Design? Do you want projects that inspire, motivate, innovate and positively impact our environment? All of these and more happen every day at ODELL!
Career Empowerment: Employees of ODELL are never labeled. From seasonal interns to Principals, our Team Members see projects from concepts to construction, and work on a variety of project types, in a variety of locations. You are more than just a number at ODELL. You are an integral part of the design process, and as such, your talent and career potential will grow exponentially and quickly (with the help and guidance of some great mentors along the way).
Good People: ODELL is a diverse group of creative people from all over the US and overseas. We are ambitious and share a passion for good design, strengthening our communities, and having fun with the work and with the people we work alongside. We often mix business with pleasure and enjoy team building events like regular happy hours and Holiday socials, group outings at sporting events, outdoor adventures, Architect Volleyball League, and volunteering for community service events.
Excellent Benefits: Of course, we’ve got great benefits! We couldn’t be a truly employee-first culture without them. That’s why we offer full-time and part-time employees standard benefit options like highly competitive pay, medical, dental and vision plans, disability and life insurance, flex-spending plans, and paid time off. Plus, we offer things like 401(k) match, paid time off for ARE & other professional exams, reimbursement for licenses and all professional membership, and tuition reimbursement, just to name a few.
Disclosures: Odell Associates is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO). We are committed to the fair and equal treatment of all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, age, mental or physical disability, genetics, marital status, sexual orientation, pregnancy, status as a U.S. military veteran, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.
