William Peace University Campus Master Plan

Odell and Stewart were engaged by William Peace University to envision a growth strategy for the campus to align with the 2017 WPU Strategic Plan that is currently being adopted. This Master plan document served as a conceptual guide to identify future projects and to integrate them into the current framework of the campus. Over a period of four months, the design team worked with the Steering Committee and other stakeholder groups to develop a series of options that identified future growth to serve the needs identified by the WPU Strategic Plan. Odell also performed facility assessments of existing buildings and identified University assets.
