This project includes a complete repurposing of an older warehouse development into new 5,000-seat USL soccer stadium with an indoor music venue in one endzone. The stadium sits within the center of the renovated warehouse structure which will be converted into a food hall and retail uses. The total development also includes multifamily residential, offices and parking garages.
