SearStone is a Continuing Care Retirement Community built on 25 acres of the former Sears family farm. It has 190 residences in Phase One, 24 of which are in a Skilled Nursing / Assisted Living building on the campus. The other residences are in three and five-story buildings and above the large clubhouse/community building.
