Rice Estate Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Facility

This project expands the Rice Estate continuing care retirement community by adding 44 private skilled nursing beds surrounding an outdoor courtyard to the Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. The new addition includes a town center complete with soda shop, country store, salon and rehab area. The rehab area includes a physical therapy gym, ADL cottage and spaces for speech and occupational therapy. It is also where the main kitchen, laundry facilities, and administration office are located.
