Dragon Park

Prominent in Chinese art and culture is the Dragon. Based on the previous use of the site as a dragon themed park and the importance dragons have in the Chinese art world the metaphor of the 9 dragons forms the basis of our concept. Each of our 9 building takes on the characteristics of the dragon and give the appearance of laying within the park and protecting the nearby lake. The 35,000sm of program area includes retail, dining and entertainment of approximately 20,000sm along with a state of the art theater at approximately 15000sm.
