Cabarrus Health Alliance’s (CHA) new facility is a 3 story, 61,000 square foot medical office building situated on a 3.6 acre site that anchors one corner of the gateway intersection to the new North Carolina Research Campus in Kannapolis, North Carolina.  CHA is designed to be the model public health facility and strategically contributes to the Kannapolis community, quickly establishing itself as a world-class research hub.  

The CHA medical office building is an innovative blend of government, medical planning, architecture, and team synergy between the client and architect.  The design has gained CHA immediate recognition in the public healthcare community, and the architectural design provides them the facility and vehicle to help them improve and build upon their successes.
