Bon Secours Watkins Medical Park

The Bon Secours Medical Office Park at Watkins Centre is a multi-phased medical office complex located in Midlothian, Virginia at the corner of Watkins Centre Parkway and Midlothian Turnpike. The project required a delicate balance of accessibility and visibility from the adjacent major thoroughfares while offering the patients a sense of calm and seclusion. The solution was a multi-building, low-scale, pedestrian friendly complex that uses architecture to create areas of respite across the campus.

The project was designed to be completed in two phases with the first phase comprising of two medical office buildings: a two-story, 40,000 square foot state-of-the-art Emergency Care and Diagnostic Institute and a three-story, 60,000 square foot multi-tenant Medical Office Building.
