The first-class hotel in downtown Greensboro has 300 rooms and is 11 stories tall. Part of the project entailed renovating and converting the historic Central Fire Station (listed in The National Register of Historic Places) into a theme restaurant for the luxury hotel. Adjacent to the hotel is a 10,000 square foot retail arcade and a 750-car parking structure. Other hotel amenities include a cafe, seminar and business meeting space and a ballroom with a banquet seating capacity for 650 people.
