Ray has concentrated the past twelve years of his professional career on the planning, design, budgeting and construction administration of healthcare facilities. Focusing on conceptual design through owner occupancy, Ray has been responsible for numerous Facility Master Plans, additions, and renovations to acute care hospitals, primary care centers, and physical rehab hospitals.
