A 10-story resort hotel with 175,000 square feet has 220 waterfront guest suites and is designed in conjunction with 85,000 square feet of retail shops and restaurants. The hotel overlooks a central plaza and marina on Clearwater Harbor. The first level includes a major restaurant, lobby bar and lounge, glass-backed elevators overlooking the Bay, meeting rooms and gift shops. Second floor includes convention facilities, ballroom, meeting rooms and services to the first floor kitchen. Adjacent to the hotel is a major plaza and swimming pool complex with indoor and outdoor pool facilities. A new 80-slip marina is located in the Clearwater Harbor and is accessed from the Hotel and pool complex. The pool/patio level also includes a childcare center separate from adult activities; a fitness center with nautilus equipment and aerobic exercise classes are provided.
