This 365-room International Omni Hotel opened in James Center in downtown Richmond. The 392,000 square foot hotel is part of a mixed-use development consisting of five office buildings, condominiums and parking which is to be built over a 10-year period. The central atrium connects the hotel with a multi-level retail shopping mall, and connects the adjacent office towers.
