This 180-room hotel in downtown Charlotte, North Carolina is an urban version of the "Courtyard" brand. Two large meeting rooms, two conference suites, one hospitality suite and one executive suite are provided in addition to the prototypical rooms and suites. The upscale lobby, restaurant and meeting rooms are located at ground level, while the guest rooms are located above eleven floors of parking. A landscaped courtyard with swimming pool is enclosed at the twelfth floor level by the U-shaped guest room floors. This hotel is an integral part of a mixed-use development, including an office building, parking deck, ground-level retail space and the hotel.
