Work includes design and construction of a new 28-bed ICU above an active Heart Institute that had to stay fully operational during construction. Work includes vertical extension of structure, utilities, elevators, stairs, etc., while not disrupting the on-going hospital operations below, as well as keeping the spaces below watertight during removal and reconstruction of roofing. Work also includes renovation, repairs, and remodeling of existing spaces below the ICU construction.
