Odell Associates Inc. was responsible for the site master planning and building design for the Combat Aviation Brigade Complex at Fort Bragg, NC.
The project consisted of master planning, site design and building design for a complex which included a 512 soldier barracks, a dining facility, three Battalion Headquarters buildings, a Brigade Headquarters building, 12 Company Operations Facilities and miscellaneous site elements and facilities.
The initial facilities design was presented to Corps of Engineers and Ft. Bragg personnel at Fort Bragg and the design concepts and documentation received high marks from both the Savannah District and Base personnel.
