The Odell team provided detailed site development studies and working drawings for this freshman chemistry building on a 4-acre site within the Clemson University campus. Site design services provided included grading, drainage, erosion control, pavement, and landscape planning.
Although one building, the facility is designed in three components including the four story main laboratory building, a learning resource center which contains three seminar rooms, a computer center and research laboratories and a 250-seat lecture/demonstration auditorium.
