New construction of the Patient Services Tower and internal renovation of Surgery expansion, Cath Lab, ICU, CCU, Women's Center, MRI/Oncology Center, Emergency Department, Acute Care Nursing Unit, Medical Records, Pharmacy, Central Sterile Processing, and the Energy Plant.
One of the key design concepts for the facility was a new pedestrian galleria. This serves as a new circulation organizer for the campus. Early phases of the master plan which have been implemented have established the first components of this galleria.
A master site plan was developed with multiple phases for implementation. This was in recognition of the operational constraints.
The Patient Services Tower includes 210,000 new square feet, with 30,800 square feet of renovated space. The 7th and 8th Floors are 36,900 new uare feet. Total bed capacity is 481.
