The project scope for this task order consisted of the preparation of a Code 3 Design with Parametric Estimating for the 18th Airborne Corps, 44th MEDCOM Phase 1 of a Whole Barracks Renewal complex in the East District and M-Grid Areas of Fort Bragg, North Carolina. This project is an extension of the COSCOM Phase I/II and Phase III projects previously designed. The work in this project consists of a new 4-story 160 PN Barracks (62, 080 SF) with 241 parking spaces, a Consolidated Company Operations Facility (50,790 SF) with 201 parking spaces, the 28th Combat Support Hospital (CSH) HQ (16,857 SF) with 178 parking spaces, the 261st Medical Battalion (MED BN) HQ (13,907 SF), and the 32nd MED BN HQ (16,006 SF) with 65 parking spaces, the expansion of the existing RTU Building M-86308 for communications, and associated utilities improvements and Antiterrorism/Force Protection measures.
