This project involved the design, permitting, site preparation, and construction of a four-story barracks building (130,130 SF) with 343 parking spaces, a one-story brigade headquarters (10,472 SF), two 2-story company operations buildings (17,890 SF), a 2-story Military Police Station, a 2-story battalion headquarters with four 2-story company operations buildings (totaling 75,088 SF) and site utilities, interior design, demolition and Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection.
Phase 2 included adding a 4th wing to the Barracks Complex, which added another 121 Barracks Units plus support facilities and site development.
